Recorded between Feb 6 – Feb 28, 2007. I guess... the basic theme for the album is disappointment. Disappointment from myself, other people, and certain situations (to be as vague as possible). I have a bad habit of not saying exactly what i think to people while in conversations. I wrote those thoughts down, rearranged them, and now they make up a bulk of the lyrics and titles of these songs. As a result, it's a tad more personal and a bit meaner than originally planned, but i'm proud of it. Apologies to everyone addressed in these songs.
